A Woman's Two Near-Death Experiences: Encounters with Jesus

My dear friend Patsy passed away on the 23rd of this month. She told me once that she had a near-death experience and was told she wasn't finished with her work here on Earth and sent back. We talked a bit about it and she said I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I said you're doing it you're touching people's hearts you bringing them closer to God. And she laughed and said how. I said every time you tell somebody about God you're doing his mission. We used to talk gospels all the time. She didn't understand that her job was telling people about God's love. And how it felt. I wish she were still here to hear this one. Thank you so much for doing this one. It made me feel good. I feel happy for her but knowing she's back where she's always wanted to go back to loving arms of God 🥰🙏.

@@Bridget504 I agree, Bridget. One of the greatest things anyone can do is to be there for another when they are in need of kindness, understanding, and comfort. I can just imagine God, Jesus, and the angels all smiling when we perform acts of kindness for others, sometimes even those whom we do not know. A kind word, a selfless act, or even a light touch on the arm or shoulder to remind someone that they matter, they make a difference, and that they are loved can change their attitude about life and how hard it can be. I have suffered though many physical ailments during my 75 years on Earth, but always had family and a few close friends to support me. That taught me to have empathy for those who suffer from their own physical trials and to do what I can for them, both physically and emotionally. We don't get a manual with life. We simply spend some time here and should try to do our best for those around us. Above all, try to remember just who it is who created us and sent us on this spiritual journey. Even though I am but a spiritual toddler, I know how important it is to love others because through them do we come to love God and his amazing son, Jesus Christ. I love them both dearly and because of that trust them to do what is good and right. Because of that, it is impossible for me to fear God, Jesus, or their angels thus also can I not fear death and the loss of this body for I know that another and much better one will be provided for me at the appropriate time. “I am always with you”, that is all we need for comfort & assurance to keep on til the end. I am grateful for the people I meet , who seek their place in the family of God. Sharing our deepest ideas about heaven is consoling. It isn’t easy to trudge around in an uncertain world - but it is deeply fulfilling This NDE was to the point.

I agree it's wicked hard to avoid all the darkness that seems to surround us everywhere we look and it's so overwhelming! All you can do is spread kindness to people in your life. I start with my own family and friends (or at least try lol) and then I'm mindful of strangers I come in contact on a daily basis. Stuff like just offering a smile or compliment to a store clerk, even if they don't seem to be very friendly themselves. We'll never know how something so seemingly insignificant can be for another person.

@@lindatronsier1473 It seems likely to me that the revulsion that we feel for all of the wickedness and darkness in this world speaks well of us and who we are. We are here to do many things but highest among them is to make the critical choice between good and evil. Having done that and chosen good, sets us on the right path for life and beyond life. Next among our tasks is to learn and teach many lessons to others. Some of these are incredibly hard to do, while many others are not. But in one way or another, all are important. Hold onto your faith tightly! 😇

This was very comforting to be reminded that I'm not alone even though I am alone all the time. I can't go to church because of a very bad foot and leg pains. I don't have any friends or siblings that want to be with me and my children are too busy to even call. I know God is with me but still I am very lonely and sad. How can I ever do anything He may want me to do if I can barely walk. I have been sick almost this entire year. I am so lonely. So sorry to take up so much of your time with this long comment.

At 13:08 "Almighty God" tells him these incredibly uplifting words: "You have not been alone for even one moment in your entire life, I have been there, ready to be with you as soon as you reach for me, as soon as you ask for me..." Go to God IN PRIVATE and pray to God, ask/beg for Gods help in your life. Have faith, grow your faith through spending time in prayer and then really making effort to be a better soul, make sacrifices, forgive even when someone hasn't apologised, let go. Be in this world and grow but be not "of" this world. Focus on your soul, not your physical. Most importantly, have faith, even when things seem overwhelming. I believe 100% the words he was told at 13:08 We are NOT alone. It is up to each of us individually to reach out to God. It is in each of our best interest to do that and give up to God. I don't even know how to explain that but when I have this feeling, I know exactly what it is. After a time, it passes but I remember having had it and wonder why such a feeling comes to me. As I have analyzed many of these NDEs, it's become fairly clear to me God gives each experience amenable to the individual's mind and spirit. Having had a lifetime of theology study, these NDEs blow away the Us-Them mentality of religions and denominations. It's also difficult to conclude each NDE is a product of the experiencer's bias and expectations. Many are unexpected, and anticipated in their content.

In Acts 4:12, Jesus is the only one who can save people (from going to Hell). I memorize that verse everyday. If I die tonight and enter the darkness, I will yell out “Jesus”!

Thank you for sharing your adventure of death and your return! And our Father in Heaven and our Lord Jesus Christ love us Beyond measure and would like us to complete our mission here on the earth. Yes there are many that think this way there is no hope in mortality anywhere anymore. With God life is so much easier and brings more peace to your heart and mind and those ones without God are some what hopeless and irritated. You must change your way of thinking and the direction you are going. These ungodly thoughts that haunt us sometimes every day, that is the time we are to pray and ask for strength and help with real intent and faith even though you may have to talk with God most of the day. You will finally recognize the difference in your way of thinking. It is time to practice your patience. If you say you don't have any faith, your desire is enough Faith to get you connect to directly to the Lord .This is the only way we can get rid of the destructive and negative thoughts that come to mind constantly, of course that is the evil one putting these thoughts into our minds. You must push the evil away from your way of thinking and that will invite the good spirits and the Lord's loving and kind hand that is waiting for you to ask. If you don't ask you don't receive. It's only because we don't ask for the things we need even at the moment we could receive all the help we need. The world will tell us otherwise and throw in negative thoughts and words because they don't know any better. Prayer and Scriptures Daily will push that evil away faster after we exercise our strength and muscle with our faith we can accomplish a victory once more with the help of our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ. It's your choice!

Deadly... Yes🙄. Unforgivable...no.💝 Many NDErs state that if you choose suicide, you start over again. And who would want to repeat that 😮! Ps... Yes, old-school catholicism - not one of the 7 deadly sins. We call it a mortal sin. Ex- Catholic here.

​@HeavenAwaits having been raised Catholic I can tell you yes- the church teaches that suicide is a mortal sin but they're absolutely wrong! As you narrated my story a couple years ago, my sister who committed suicide IS in Heaven and my family and I have so much proof to this. Just like so many other religions, they have "rules" so to speak but these are man-made rules based on a variety of reasons. While some people who take their own lives are given a choice to come back, others do not and I think it's something we'll never understand until we return home ourselves. As someone raised in the Catholic church I can tell you for certain, they teach it as a mortal sin. But as someone who's sister committed suicide, I can tell you for certain they most definitely go straight to Heaven! ❤️
