Not to lessing this man's beautiful experience but I noticed it was his love for his children that kept coming into play and not his wife, who gave birth to them. It was almost like she didn't have a special attachment to him, no drive to want return to her, only the boy's. I get loving your children, I have a beautiful daughter who I love very much but my lovely wife is one of the reasons she exists. I hope I'd have just as much passion and desire to return to both of them and not just one. Maybe I am just overthinking it but I kept repeatedly being drawn to that aspect of his journey into the afterlife. God bless the man and I hope his health improves.

It was difficult for me following the NDE itself, since there were so many teachings laid over it. For me it's easier following the 'simplicity' of the 'raw' and personal experience. Still everyone should feel free telling the personal story how they please to.

Well, it would be hard to follow a NED, because you need to have NED until Jesus has you experience for the first time. But for me, I do believe in Jesus, because I have had many spiritual experiences without having to die and have NED.
@AF17-
@AF17- Жыл бұрын
Personally, not a fan of this NDE. The primary reason being the fact that the NDE part is so short and 99% of the video is about this person's view on life and existence. This is one of the reasons why I generally don't like NDEs written by intellectuals coz they tend to try to create an explanation for their experience based off of incomplete knowledge they obtained through their studies (be it whatever religion or sciences) in this mortal realm. The NDEs I enjoy are the ones that don't seem like it's written by someone with a Ph.D. in literature. I mean, something written using simple words, something that explains what they went through and what they saw with humility, without attaching a thesis to it based on their current level of knowledge on earth. NDEs written by people who were non-believers with no prior knowledge of religion or sinners that had a change of heart after experiencing the other side tends to be more down to earth and humble compared to the likes of the ones written by religious scholars. Again, this is just my opinion and I'm sure most people do seem to enjoy these types of NDEs as can be seen from the comments. Anyway, thank you Heaven Awaits for all these amazing videos.

Religious interpretations are always wrong. Religious dogmas are man-made "mistakes", to say i mildly, and they are all "of the world", not of God. Religious superstition dominates this world, and evil, injustice and cruelty dominates this world. Need I say more?
@AF17-
@AF17- Жыл бұрын
@@practice-righteousness I disagree. You can't just look at everything in a black and white sense. Religions teach a lot of good. You can simple verify it by reading any of their sacred books. But there are people in power (puppets/slaves of the deceiver) that abuse those principles, interpret in ways fitting their agenda and eventually twist them into something evil and feed it to their sheeple. This is the reason for the injustice and cruelty dominating the world.

Listening to this took me back to my days in academia. I felt, halfway through his story, that I should be taking notes so I could reorganize the lecture to fully appreciate all that influenced his perception of his NDE. His knowledge base is unique and massive. And yet, in the end, his NDE experience seemed comparable to the insights of the simplest, most uneducated of Souls who have also met the hear after. Awash and clothed with the unconditional Love of God, the perception of 'purpose' is clarified and fortified, and the continuing walk in this realm is free of fear.

Not trying to be biased, but everything that he wrote about has to do with his NDE and how his way of thinking and putting it into words came about. Scholars generally do that, they do like the sound of their own voices, but if you listen to them, you can glean a lot from what they're saying.

Interesting perspective, jam packed with a huge mix of various cultural & religious bliefs. Def enlightening to hear his perspectives based on his beliefs, personal experiences & attraction to these different spiritual practices. He provided a huge history lesson before getting to the nitty gritty, and his style of writing was somewhat poetic. These long ones are great to listen to during my long drives. I learn something from everyone's experience and was particularly fascinated by the fact that the love he had for his children & that they had for him meant everything. There was no separation from it when he died, he actually could see/experience the totality of that love when he died. Can you imagine? Thinking someone's love for you is great, but then to actually be able to SEE it spiritually & feel it 1000% & see it spiritually & it's so far beyond what you cld think or feel as a human? That was beautiful. To learn that love crosses over and it's even greater than we experience it here, wow. That was my biggest takeaway. Oh, and as an allergy nurse who gives venom injections to my pts for their allergy to fire ants, I appreciated this even more! Thanks for posting.

I agree with those who thought this is really long and the message could be given in a much shorter way. I believe it’s because of his academic background. Unfortunately academicians like long and wordy statements and even write volumes without saying anything substantial. This seems more like a lecture than an nde experience. I appreciate the information but it leaves many questions behind. Those following this channel are all familiar with the divine love many who had an nde experience stated. I would’ve liked some comments on what academics call “so what.” What does this experience contribute to our understanding of NDE’s? Thanks for narrating, Lee. It’s always enjoyable!

All I can say is WOW!! First I'd like to say, Lee, I'm glad you went with your "gut feeling" and decided to do this video today. Second, while a good majority of it went totally above my head lol, knowing it was being explained by a man with Master degrees, it's understandable why he used such language that isn't easily understood by the average person. Having said that, the truly important parts of his experience/message, were easy to comprehend and understand. There was a LOT of information to digest and it was wicked intense just listening to the entire NDE, but again, the truly important parts were easy to process. This was most definitely NOT the typical NDE experience, but it validates the core message of why we're here and love is that ever present and most important of all reasons we choose to come into this physical life. Thank you so so much for sharing this NDE experience with all of us Lee!! I believe it gives us something "different" to think about (at least IMO) and anything that challenges our minds to really delve into, is always a good thing! It helps us to avoid becoming complacent and whether you believe his experience or not, us irrelevant. What IS relevant is stepping outside our safe space and whenever we do that, I believe we become more open to further knowledge. Our Heavenly Father wants us to grow spiritually and maybe this was His way to open that door? Maybe that's why you felt compelled to do this video today? Anyways, I'm glad you did it and once again, thank you!! Can't wait for Monday to listen to another great NDE from you!! God bless 😄🙏❤️

So annoying How many times did he say he died TWICE. I heard it the 1st time. The other times went beyond redundant to down tight annoying. 🙄 Sounds like bragging because it is. Totally detracts from the message. I have no interest in hearing any more.

Thanks Leigh as always for what you do❤ It was interesting to hear about the different levels he experienced being in during the nde. He clearly has learned a lot about theology but this is not a channel for that

ohmygoodness this guy needs to learn how to edit! I literally thought I must have restarted the video by accident and had to check... nope, he just stated how and where he died over and over and OVER again. I skipped ahead 20 mins, and he was right in the middle of saying it again. Ha! Not to diminish his experience, it is a fascinating account!

I would like to hear the actual NDE in detail. The idealism is beautiful, this is a sermon which is not bad, but it seems people interpret thier NDEs according to thier preconceptions. I am simply a student of how things are rather than how in my perspective interpret them. This could have been 10 minutes long.

Your credentials are overwhelming would like to read more of your journey's You are not a drop in the ocean-you are a ocean in a drop...Worth the price of admission. 1;01;33 of time well spent, thank you. can't wait till I have another 1;01;33 to do it again, only with paying more attention. Can attest to the mighty fire ants of Florida that is if the have the same bite as the ones in Louisiana, got bit on my left leg and as most 10 year old kid do, I scratched the bites. Spent two and one half months in a body cast with a bone infection. God Bless.

So I thunk on the saying awhile and I kind of like it. “You are not a drop in the ocean, You are an ocean in a drop. “ I think I know what was the non mentionable in the quote out of Corinthians , it was mentioned in the Book of Thomas for which he felt if revealed it to the other apostles that they would pick up stones and kill him with them, but then would grieve in remorse for what they realized they had just done. I think this saying is related to that understanding. I liked his experiences seeking out through interest the truth exploring global religions . I don’t know about you guys but I must have had 25 interruptions from political advertising.
