I don’t measure anything so I just throw in: mashed banana, oats, almond milk, and then whatever you want! I add protein powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, a few different kind of nuts, cinnamon, and maple syrup then frozen berries on top and serve with peanut butter 🤩
