I have a GREAT many questions for these fucking things: Where is the engine room/middle turret magazines? How does this ship do 30kts base with 63,000t and 140,000shp? Why does it get the best manuverability of any BB in the game? Why does it get 30s turret traverse? Where are the secondary gun magazines? This thing would take a single shell and just explode. Why does it get the Thunderer heal (that heals 65% instead of 60) and American DCP? At least it doesn't heal extra citadel damage... oh wait... Why doesn't it have a fucking citadel? 18" of armour where 16" are angled more than Kremlin is really fucking cool. Why am I able to do 10k in a single secondary salvo? Why does it make DDs randomly explode? I've killed DDs that I didn't even realise I was shooting at Why is the F key so demented? This is literally just a better Hannover Why is it randomly Pan-American? Granted, the extra heal from Cunningham on this thing would be dented but they made it Pan-American so they can give it an even more dented captain. This would have never been sold because it's literally the best ship ever designed for the British. It also never would have been built as is because it would just explode if a BB looked at it with all the ammo magazines. But none of that matters because it wasn't designed by the British, it was designed by WG and they don't have to care about all this shit.

They made it Pan Am cause most people didnt have captains for this "nation". This is how you drain the elite commander XP people saved up. Cause secondary ships are the most demanding ones for high level captains. This tilted me so much cause i invested alot of time into getting 21 pointers on both Schlieffen and Rupprecht just to see WG make them irrelevant with a snip of a finger.

Not 100% true. Almost half of blow-outs are caused by a combination of over-pushing BB's, BB's showing BS all the time because they don't understand and last but not least: clueless DD players who throw away their ships in first minutes of the game. This is almost regardless how strong their ships are, or aren't.

@@rphwww Not 100% true, either 🙂. Cruisers suffer hugely from super-snipers like Slava and Bungo, plus over-match or SAP smashing them as well. Even the smallest mistakes result in huge damage now, where before players (even clueless ones...) may have got away with it before.

nono, it still needs wisconsin main gun accuracy when I wanna stop afk and shoot, wooster AA for anti mosquito cancer and SAP shells instead of HE to rival colombo. Probably stalingrad radar for anti DD when pushing and alsace gun layout for styling. I know wg can make sure that my expectations are well met. 12 guns of incomparable caliber would be a nice addon too.

People talk about Libertad a lot, but the real gem of the line has to be the t9, Los Andes. It's almost as good as or better than Libertad in every aspect, while getting to dominate at t9.

As someone who enjoys playing tulsa on occasion. If this ship is on the same flank as Tulsa the game is unplayable. The secondaries have MORE RANGE than the cruiser and its secondaries are better than tulsa's weaponry in almost every way. Everyone knows its demented and it helps that since it also shits on BB players even they call it out when they arent the one playing it.

Eh, playing a DD well will still win you more games than Ipiranga or Libertad stomping. They are strong, but they are still BBs at the end of the day. And these things have absolutely no real counter to a well played DD like a Schlieffen with hydro does. They are slower, they can't see torps coming, etc. Play the Pan-Asian DDs in ranked or the new French torp DDs and smash these things.

​@@MattH88S Not true because unfortunately even if you play a DD you still will have BBs on your team and they get trashed by these things (not to mention cruisers) and they are so maneuverable it's easy for them to dodge torps. Plus those dds aren't even good for ranked (e.g. Daring has torps and guns). Schilefen is just not good compared to these ships even with hydro. Just one example but there's a reason why there are so many of them in ranked right now: Yesterday I was in a fing Whisky and couldn't even finish off a practically broadside tier 9, 2 pens and ricochets! then 1 pen and over pens like what the actual fuck. Even my Vermont had trouble hitting them (I'm talking about the fucking tier 9 ffs, not even tier 10) and no, my aim isn't shit. They are totally OP.

Ship is psychotic. On one of my first 10 games I got a 250k+ game, but 135k damage from secondaries and 90k of that was on ONE YAMATO. Old tanks don't even stand up to it. I'm not a big damage farmer, I play for objectives. I still get like 200k games every game or every few games depending on the team luck.

Like why they first made German BBs as secondary BBs long time ago, while having well protected citadel, they still take ton of damage easy, then they made German BCs, also secondary ofc. Typically, it takes 6-8 months from initial release for the containers to be added to the armory, but unlike previously released commanders, the exact date or any information about if it will be available again have not been provided.

I agree to all what you mentioned in the vid mate, those ships are OP as fck. But actually I truly belive in this case its better for the game. Iam a vet player, 8 years active with first missuri aquired and so on from that.. Ive noticed steady decrease in gaming expirience, game is more boring gettin worse with every patch. Starting with deadeye skill, captain rework, cv rework, removing of achievment rewards, russian cvs, subs, superships, and so on. With every incoming patch good players are leaving the game, more tomatoes play and report you because they dont understand that you are trying to carry them. All addons to the game make meta and gameplay even more long range shootouts of edge humping monkey battleships afraid of subs, cvs, dds, getting focused and killed. If wargaming put 3-4 more close combat lines with power level of those los ibertados the meta could swing to close range brawl that we all know is best and most intense fun in this game. I really belive that despite making all camping bs ships obsolete It would be good for overall fun and expirience of the game. It fucking sucks atm. Never been worse in my opinion. If they dont have an idea how to balance them otherwise then just make em obsolete. And remove cvs and subs altogether.

Please be informed that elements of this collection can only be obtained from Battle of Paso de Patria containers, and this commander only as a reward for completing the collection. Since this event is over, the containers have been removed and cannot be purchased anymore. We unfortunately cannot provide you with any alternative ways to obtain these containers, collection elements, or the commander himself. If these containers become available in the future through event or some other means, information will be posted on our official communication channels (News portal, Discord etc.).

To see a 'balanced' PanAm BB line, just look to the Atlantico, AP only main guns, 25kt top speed, 60k health so can't ulta YOLO but very good from mid range and was / is fun to play but most definitely not the F key crazy WH40k Ork dakkaboats that got released.

This ship is busted and definitely needs a nerf or several. But I'm honestly glad it's in the game. Its like when shotguns finally became realistic in call of duty and sniper players got mad that they aren't unkillable anymore. The current meta is boring as shit and getting sniped from across the map is annoying and not at all fun. Brawlers should punish you if you allow them to get too close. Should it be easier to detect? Yeah, easier to kill at range? Definitely. But it's a battleship. The guns probably should be worse, but it should have good armor. And it already doesn't have an AA at all practically, so now we can all be glad that carrier games will be less annoying because they all have a big shiny new target. Definitely needs nerfs, but the sniper meta needs to die or this game will never be fun again

Eh, Libertad's acceleration doesn't "blow Vermont's out of the water", they are almost identical. And I never thought I'd see the day that someone said Kurfurst guns were too good. I feel like people aren't being objective about this ship. It's strong, very strong, but people are out here like, "it can fly to the moon!" Libertad is literally just Kufurst if it wasn't dog water. Same main guns, but better gun angles. Better secondaries, smaller superstructure, loses hydro and spotter, but gets better maneuverability. It's essentially what's necessary to make a Secondary ship actually viable in the Randoms sniping meta. I'd bet dollars to donuts the general pop stats in this thing won't actually end up that inflated even if nothing changed.

This mean even tho libertad only have little better acceleration on shiptool number, in game it have big better acceleration.
