i imagine he just uses shadowplay or OBS to record while the HUD is disabled, then you can use pretty much any video editor like windows movie maker to splice the clips together with text

The gpu is a 1080 and CPU is i7-7700k. 16gb ram. Try to run it in 4k when I can.
