Wrong. Austria-Hungary only declared war on Serbia, because they had their Alliance with Germany. Without them the Austrians would never declare war. Besides that....Austria was most of the German history part of Germany. So without Germany, no Austria. With that means, there would be only Hungary. And we dont need to talk about Hungary itself in 20th century.

While it is true that germany didn't Start ww1, completely removing germany would still prevent it from happening. It would essentially just be a brutal beatdown from Russia if they actually went to war despite russia's Problems. It would have just been labeled as another unsignificant war that just helped Russia to restabilize and austria-hungary to Fall apart quicker. There would be no ww2 or ww1 in this case. The World would likely still go as the video Has predicted, full of random wars because there is no great war to show everyone the brutality of modern weapons and to pull everyone out of the old mindset.
