I gave 3 ducks to a friend here in France, I expected him to come in a car. But he arrived on a bike with a small shopping basket. He put the 3 ducks in the basket and covered them with a tea towel. He then fixed the basket to his rear rack. As he road off all three heads popped up looking around. Of course I did not have my camera with me. It was a bizarre sight. Sigrid is my new crush! That was the cutest ever. And your giggling was the icing on the cake. I could tell you were having a glorious time. The goggles were very surprising. Sigrid didn’t flinch! At least you have some sort of cycling shoe. I remember a few years ago I showed up for a group ride with my road bike and discovered once I got there that I had totally forgot to bring cycling shoes all together. Then a few years later I took my bike and kit in a car and drove to a remote park to go for a ride and once again discovered that I had grabbed one white cycling shoe and one regular white trainer shoe in the dark as I was leaving the house.

I once turned up to a ride with one of my shoes and one of my ex’s. Luckily it was a left and a right so I put a big ski sock on under the big shoe and just rode like that!

That was a great idea for a video, just because you were having fun does not mean you are not working. My cats would not be amused, but then they are too busy for bike riding. Looks like the cat had a tiring day taking the humans out for a bike right...best Christmas for sure.
