It's so heartwarming to see you living your dream! I remember stumbling upon your channel after seeing Kono san's eater video and fell in love with Yakitori. I still go back to rewatch your old tutorials during lockdown and to see so many people touched by your yakitori now is beyond amazing. Thank you as always for sharing your journey

how to spot a chicken that’s still good quality that’s been dried out in the fridge? my supermarket whole chickens are literally packaged with so much water in them (Australian Woolworths & Coles bullsh*ttery)
