I wish to use this platform to mention a point i heard somewhere, that (with due respect to the poor), when we see a poor family on the stteets with 8-10 children , with the family head barely able to feed them, we normally offer food and more generous ones offer money. Its high time we must give them condoms too. This applies to even some rich and well off people too, who plan 2nd and 3rd child.
