Those plants are called Vinca. Now if vinca and impatients are the same thing, which I think might not be the case, so be it. Here, Vinca and Impatients are different

Hello@melodyburey, thank you for watching. Nasturtium is easy to grow ( supposed to be) they not like mature or very rich soil, they thrive in poorier soil. Try planting both of them in containers and transplant later. If you have a friend with nasturtiums take some cuttings and plant this way it grows faster. I hope this helps. Happy gardening.
