30 thousand! That’s 30 thousand people that you’ve made a difference in their life. I’m one of them. Your gift is your voice. I like to watch because I want to hear what you have to say. I cycle for the exact same reason that you do and it makes me happy that you have this platform to try and help as many people as you can. Keep going Amy! I’m looking forward to all your upcoming adventures!!

Hello Amy from Florida in America. I am fairly new to you channel but have watched a lot of your videos and I'm hooked. I love your videos for the positive messages in your videos. I started cycling back in 2006 but stopped riding but have started cycling again during Covid. When I started cycling during Covid it was mainly for my mental health. I started to think I'm not needed in this world anymore and cycling helped me keep my mind off of feeling that way. I ride mountain bikes and being out in nature was the biggest help in my mental state. Thank you Amy for sharing your journey! Your videos give me something to look forward to every week.

Don't be surprised that you have 30 thousand followers. You will get many more than that. Your cheerfulness and positivity are infectious and you have inspired many normal people like me to ride more and run more. Thanks for all the videos because they are so much fun to watch!

30k followers is amazing! Congratulations! Your videos and transparency are amazing! I just watched almost 40 minutes of your day with minimal cycling! That’s how you know I’m fully invested at this point! 😀 Well done!

You’re a real inspiration and as a keen amateur cyclist and GP I have encouraged patients to look you up on you tube. Thank you. My only additional comment is as someone who also uses sport to help me process things, please don’t completely rely on sport. My fear is if you were to have an injury you may struggle. Please find time for some other activities - you can clearly sing, so maybe a community choir, or crochet or gardening. But you need to ensure that all your ‘therapy eggs’ aren’t all in one basket. Best of luck for your challenge this year, immense! Looking forward to tracking your progress.

Hi Amy and Kyle, l Kyle is starting to feel better. Nice you took him some toast in bed. Very cold and frosty where you are. Chester looked like he enjoyed his walk. Good workout on the trainer Amy. Well done getting 30,000 subscribers, you deserve the followers, as your content is very inspirational. Sure you will have many more in the future. The countryside looks nice where you live . Laura is a nice friend for you. Hope the weather improves soon for you to get out on your bike. Maybe Kyle could do a post while you are in the States. Great to here back from you, as your a very busy young lady. All the best Tim Melbourne Australia.

I think the first video I saw of yours was a 10k one, I don't watch every cycling one but probably high 70% of them. Amy, you and Kyle make some great videos, thanks for all the effort you put in, good luck on your plans for this year and not catching the flu! Again, thanks for this video, helps a lot!

Congrats on getting a coach, and becoming a coach!! Is the group ride on the 20th on Rouvy? I assume that it is. How would someone join? Unless, of course, it is for the ladies only? Then i will skip that one! haha.. I have never been part of a group ride before, on any platform. It also depends on what time of the day it will be at. There is 5 or 6 hours difference between the UK and Canada.. This was another great video..

Congrats on 30k subscribers. I do all my zone 2 workouts in ERG mode so I don’t have to bother with changing gears. You will probably find that your Garmin watch can broadcast heart rate over Bluetooth so you can see it in Rouvy or you can pair up the power meter on the trainer with your watch, which is what I do, so I have both power and heart rate data.

I also agree that it's not worth the risk of going out on my normal routes if it's icy, but I do go out on roads I know will be gritted (your local council website will tell you) even if they might be a little busier than my normal roads. Like you, I start to get cabin fever after more than a week off the bike!

Covid is the new flu! Nobody has been cycling outdoors for he last couple of weeks so don't stress about it. You're going to have to discipline yourself to follow your coaches objectives big time, especially Z2 as that will mean cutting out the climbs to stay within zone, or riding them at a lower power. Looking forward to seeing how this goes.

The downtime of the year. Enjoy. Pleased you let the car defrost. What is it with people driving with a small port-hole to see through, the car otherwise laden with snow. You did so much last year and, even if you did nothing else, it would have been worth it. Clearly there is more to come ... bonus time.
