So lovely to hear you say you welcome people coming up to you in public, so genuine saying you sometimes struggle to talk to people. Anyone who criticises you by talking about teeth being too big are not worth listening to, you are both worth so much more than that, keep smiling Amy x

Hi Amy. I run Cycling Adventures on Meetup and I have many years of GPS maps for members to download based on the rides we do, mostly in the London area , Surrey & Sussex. If you're coming down here again at some point these maps may be useful to you as I know all the good traffic free routes which are great for Gravel bikes! If you want access to these ride maps just apply to join Cycling Adventures which is free to join. Ironically I will be moving my group over to Wild Cycling from Jan 1 so you will need to join Cycling Adventures soon.

Don't bother with being "criticized", what is the most important is you, your life goals, passions, and empathy for others ; ) People ware sometimes nasty creatures.

One hour to go 9 miles 🙄 I deal with similar here in the US trying to get from one side of Pittsburgh to the other which is only 13 miles. This should really be illegal because of the amount of fuel and pollution. The planners that develop infrastructure like this should be fired for doing a horrific job.
