Don't buy flats in LODHA UPPER THANE township. The sales team is just there to sell flats even if they have to make fake or unreal promises. Lodha HPM team who is responsible for maintaining the township has on multiple occasions tried to make the residents payment for the provided facilities or tried to put restrictions on their use. The flats themselves are poorly finished and of low quality interior plastering, painting, workmanship. Lately they have increased the price of their provided external buses such that people are going to physically protest near their sales office .

@@cheragmistry4153 I was thinking of buying a flat there. But as Lodha isn't hearing and resolving the problems of its residents there, there isn't any valid point to park my hard earned money there. They should rename it to Lodha Upper Dombivli as they're focused towards connecting it to dombivli.

Completely agree. 50% hike in bus fare to thane route and frequency decreases to every 45 minutes instead 30 minutes.

Its just for namsake upper thane lodha but its very far from thane almost 40 min from thane station beyond that lodha management is providing connectivity to nearest railway station which is Dombivali as mankoli Dombivali bridge has operational now. To reach thane you need to pay at list Rs. 100-150 in one side along with 40 min if there is no traffic on route . If you get traffic then get stuck yourself atlist 1 hr to reach majiwada that to paying 150 to 200 rs. Think before buying here. Coz I guess it's should be called as upper Dombivali

They mis commited during booking of flat that there will be bus services to thane every 20 mins. But now they want to reduce it from existing 30 min to 1 hr and want to make it connected more towards dombivali, This is just one of the example of mislead by sales team they should change name to upper dombivali or upper bhiwandi and not thane

There will be many false commitments from Lodha Sales team which you will never see on campus. It has been 3 years still full facilities are not functional. Cluster wise small club house Kids play area for football, cricket and other games Commute is pathetic considering remote location No traffic management by local authorities
