I know for many, the thought of not telling your family, or your friends everything, can seem weird. Personally, unlike most, I just never will talk about my sex life. No matter what. Not even with my partner. Why? Because it doesn't matter, things like your number or just what you've done in general. Medical stuff (which I have wayyy more of than anyone I've ever known, or seen) is also a thing I just won't ever talk about, with anyone for any reason.
