Madam My question is related to last part of video While we cut the whole genome, the same restriction endonucleases are used for both father and son If some genes are cut in two parts Let's say the c-gene is not a whole fragment but two smaller DNA lengths by the restriction enzyme. As a result our c-gene will partially hyberdize with probes in well containing c-gene complementary probes and will wash away while we wash microarray Can I use this as drawback for microarray uses.
