Can i ask what Electronic boost pressure regulator you are running and why? Iam having issues with overboosting after K04 swap and tune...

Are you overboosting from some rpm and above? 6000 for example? If so then you have a closing throttle body issue.... And it keeps on building pressure

Dikonou No, it seems to be hitting the limit of what the OEM map-sensor can register. It hits about 1-1,3 bar and just goes to limp mode. Logs in VCDS says it hits about 2500-2600mbpa and the oem map sensor can only register around 2580mbpa i think.... no leaks to find anywhere in the system and wategate moves, swapped N75 valve with no luck

@@Alfsen95 you should "force" via program the map sensor to "see" less pressure. That's a common thing with the 2.0 bar map.

how much power can the stock internals take safely?

Depends on the user!!!! Beiing a normal user and knowing the extention of the mods I would say about 350 hp and 450nm.... For every day use.....

@@Dikonou ohh ok, thank you, it s more than enough for me, I m, aiming just for S3 stock power levels.I know from other users the old 1.8T (BAM) piston rods couldn t really handle more than 350NM and I wanted to know if this is stronger.

@@Dikonou no no.I have the CDAA too.But I mean, they are similar displacement and I though they might be similar in limitations too

@@robertmitrea3251 nope different engine, much stronger if you put the oil consumption aside...... Strangely mine does not seem to have that problem....
