I thought if in TOGA LK the thrust levers are to be moved in the TOGA detent and can be disconnected only then

They don’t necessarily have to be moved to the TOGA detent to disconnect but it is standard Airbus practice to match the thrust levers before disconnecting

Yes you’re most likely referring to Alpha Floor which is a protection that provides TOGA thrust 👍🏼

It is an important aspect of the airbus autothrust design philosophy and one worthy of ensuring future viewers understand. The intent of the design is to ensure that pilots take control, when appropriate, "instinctively" and without delay. Not sure why this single comment has triggered someone so badly.
