I will never fly with Condor again. I bought a ticket with free cancellation which is much more expensive. And today when I tried to cancel the flight they said it was only free for the first flight. And that's how I lost 2,000 dollars!! Can't believe it's an airline. It feels more like a scam company

I definitely do not recommend you and advise everyone not to travel with you! After many problems while traveling from the United States and a complaint filed in July of this year, I still have not received any information on the matter! The only thing you are able to write every two months is that you have a lot of requests and I have to wait for my turn. Dear all, I have already been waiting since July! How much longer do I have to wait? Usually I am far from making this kind of judgment, but my patience has just run out. You are nothing more than scammers and a company that preys on its customers.
