what industry first - this collins aerospace has been on other carriers for longer? mediocre food ? sub par service ? no hospitality whatsoever. this seat has been on other carriers so its not a new level of comfort. If you are comparing with what you have now thats an easy task to compete with ! It use to be an industry leader, now its not on time, sub standard on board offerings and disappointing ground service ... best part yet - fly MAS and listen to the cabin crew complain about the company
