The A350-1000 take off sounds similiar to GE90 (althought I know it was RR Trent XWB).

Engines sounds the same though for each A350 variants!

They sound alike, but the Trent XWB-84 is still a bit different from the Trent XWB-97 and requires very careful listening to tell the difference.😃

Actually A350-1000 is longer, has a larger maximum takeoff weight, so more tires on the landing gear.

The A350-900 is closer to A330-300, 777-200ER in the market, and the A350-1000 is closer to the 777-300ER.
