I'd love some form of 'induction' video specifically tailored for officers new (and not so new) to intergroup service, covering what would be good for them to know, in relation to the traditions and concepts, perhaps with a bit of discussion on why something is important, eg, the value of regular rotation.

Can you please clean up the auto captions with punctuation? It's harder to follow this way. Otherwise, this is very accessible. Just one more step.
