Which brick is cost effective - Porotherm bricks or AAC blocks? Which of these will reduce the heat and also which of these are earthquake resistant as many places in India are experiencing earthquake ? Can you please do a video explaining the differences between both of these bricks and reasons for you to suggest which one is the best? Also can we do gypsum plastering on these two bricks in order to avoid the usage of cement completely , its cost and heat absorption of cement? Hope to get a reply from you.

You shouldnt lay the mortar flat on the block, use a tool with teeth, that way you get more suction

Thanks for the video it was useful. I am planning to to use AAC for compound wall which will be 5 feet in height. Can I use this AAC from 2 feet deep underground as foundation? Secondly, what do you suggest adhesive or OPC?

No..u can't use it in load bearing unit ... It's have only 4.5 KN/Cm square bearing capacity...u can use only as a wall filling ...In hight u have to provide band beam on interval of 1200 mm.
