Thanks for the true story. My grandfather was the personal manager for Naidu for about 18 years. He has told me the whole story from the beginning. My grand father Mr. Chettiar was the manager looking after the Devi hotel in Coimbatore. Later my grand father also helped MGR for introduce to Naidu to act in Mallai Kallan movie.

But, it could not continue due to so much pressure from the film industry which was so powerful during MGR regime & Jaylalita regime. Incomplete details. Sreeramulu Naidu was discharged from the case because of his being able to afford eminent lawyers from Bombay. Both MKT and NSK were convicted, but their appeal to London (Privy Council) asked the Madras High Court to try the case again. This time, the High Court acquitted all as there wasn't enough evidence. They has spent 30 months in jail by then. According to records, Lakhmikanthan case is one of the unsolved mysteries till date.

NSK case was recommended to British Govt by Our BELOVED leader Mr Nesamony of Nanchil Nadu that NSK was one of the most loved comedian of Tamil Nadu like Charlie Chaplin and requested consideration.
