💕NAN KHATAI💕
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tbsp heaped Besan (gram flour)
1 tbsp heaped Suji (semolina)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Elaichi Powder (cardamom powder)
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
½ cup plus 1 tabsp Ghee (melted, not hot)
1 Egg Yolk
A pinch of Yellow Food Color
1 tsp Milk
Toppings:
12-15 Almonds (for garnish)
Preheat your oven to 180°C (or prepare a pot for stovetop baking).
Oven Method: Bake for 14-16minutes or until golden brown.
Stovetop Method: Bake in a preheated pot on medium to low flame for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool and Serve:
Allow to cool before serving . Enjoy your treat with chai or coffee!
Store it in an airtight container .
