بلکل درست۔۔۔ مجھے کئ سال ہوگئے ناشتہ کیے ہوئے ۔۔۔ ۔۔ اور میرا وزن بہت مناسب ہے بی پی کنٹرول اور تھکن نیند سب ماشاءاللہ ۔۔۔بہت اچھی ۔ ایک یا دو بجے پہلا کھانا سادہ اور چھ یا سات بجے دوسرا ۔۔ بارہ سے چودہ گلاس پانی کولڈ ڈرنکس کبھی نہیں پیتی بازاری کھانے بیکری چھوٹا گوشت بڑا گوشت بلکل نہیں کھاتی ۔۔ یا کبھی کبھار کسی فنکنشن میں ۔۔۔ الحمدللہ دس سال سے سمارٹ اور صحتمند 🎉

Don’t agree with your theory. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. You have to concentrate to resolve inflammation matter . If your theory is valid Allah pak never gave us hukum for sehri early nashta .

حضور پاک صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم تین تین دن فاقے سے رہتے تھے ، ایک غزوہ میں پیٹ پر دو پتھر باندھنے ہوئے تھے ان کی زندگی میں ناشتے کا تصور نہیں تھا ان کا فرمان عالی شان ہے کہ دن میں ایکبار کھانا کافی ہے بہت بھوک لگے تو دوسری بار کھالو ، ہمیشہ بھوک سے کم ۔۔۔

Dates has so high glycemic index ..then why its sunna to open fast with dates ?? Everything should be in balance . And everything has certain rules.. For kids For teenagers For adult .. For ppl above 50 .. we cant set one rule for everyone ..

I do my breakfast/brunch at 10:30 and then do my dinner at 6:00 pm and then dont eat any thing till the next day.. This has been my routine since 8 years.

Best thing warm water or chia seeds or cumin seeds take in the morning with tbspoon olive oil with one date then later eat egg chai one bread sometimes

Dr. Sahar.. I am your avid follower. But i beg to differ on your theory. We are already fasting for atleast 8 hours when we wake up in the morning and we need energy to cope up with daily routine work. To become physically and mentally alert, we need energy. Thats why, it is always advised to eat good unprocessed non sugary food for breakfast

No dr saab eat watever u want which is in nature but in balance. Insulin is not ur enemy insulin spike after food is in nature and very benefical for health because there are reaserches on insulin spike. But everytime eating is not in nature.

آپ ٹھیک کہہ رہی ہیں یہ باتیں ناقابل یقین ہیں لیکن میں ان ڈاکٹر صاحب کی طرح ہی کرتی ہوں ۔۔۔اور پچاس سال کی عمر میں ان جیسی سمارٹ اور فٹ ہوں ۔۔۔کام کافی مشکل ہے مگر اچھا ہے ۔۔اپ سے نہیں ہوتا تو آپ ورزش کیا کریں اور بیکری بوتلیں اور چکنائی بہت کم کردیں ۔۔۔انشاءاللہ فائدہ ہوگا

Madam whether you eat early around 7 or late at 10 it will be breaking fast . Your habit is not a scientific proof and doesn't support your theory of skipping early breakfast. If you are a working woman i doubt your efficiency at work without breakfast. Silly theory.
