I lost 17 kg in two yrs no expert or fasting I did it with my own style of food,I exercise a lot,started walking instead of using a car I am 63yrs old now I weight 65kg,I don't have any health problems I used my home remedies when required I used my own face cream so I don't have any wrinkles and most people don't believe my age,So I always tell them my son's age,I like dressing nicely so when sometimes I met my son's friend they always think that I am his sister he is 42yrs so he feel proud.

Now iam 6o years. But5years ago 70kgs was my welght.. suddenly bad gaya weight. Iam diabetic. Every year I go to USA to spend time 6 months, their my weight goes high. But 2019 year I did Gym at USA & daily Zumba dance. I did not not that chenge.. but when I came back to Hyderabad all my family & friends saying lot of weight loss .. looking very yound and pretty looking. They were thinking that I have taken some treatment at my daughter’s place at America. Once we decided to chenge we can do.. I don’t maintain any food course.. we take Nonveg.. but not daily. I walk 5days a week. I tell to everybody pls take care of yourself & do walking . Walking is the best Exercise. God bless you all my dear friends ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tum sirf 30 minutes walk lena start karo .jaisa khati ho waisa khao.apne aap result dikhega .ghar ka khana khana .beech me bagar ka bhi kha Lena. Weight loss toh ho jata hai par consistency bahut zaroori hai .

Hello mam..meri koi diet chart nhi mera koi fitness coach nhi..mein 3months se khud struggle kr rhi hmm..May month 1kg loss kiya June month 2kg and July 2kg or continue August for 5kg lost again..bss morning yoga aerobic and evening walk 5000steps or diet plan mein fruits vegetables roti curd rice prantha,pudding mein kheer with jaggery powder, chocolate and tea in evening like addiction..buttt portion mein leti hmm..abhi viral se fever hai toa khichdi Dalia fruits leti hmm..mera metabolism strong nhi toa mein hmesha light food hi digest krti hmm or market food junk food nhi leti..mere husband 5000 pay kr skte hai..bt diet chart ki grocery or exercise khud hi karni hai.. mean sab struggle ish body ne krna hai toa Mam aap khud se effert kyn nhi krte..agr meri diet mein koi protein kamm hoga toa dry fruits cheese hai naaa😅😅😅

I lost 26 Ibs at age of 60 years . Diet + working out = weight loss. It is very difficult but not impossible . Diet is 80% , exercise is 20% .

Congratulations Aunty! But agar aap thoda sa weights bhi uthaoge na to aap aur zyada skin rejuvenation kr paoge.. diet 80% hain par 20% exercise se aap aur zyada young dikhoge. In a way aap zyada bada jee paoge. Plus muscles aapko blood sugar regulate krne me bhi help krte hain during old age me. Aap dheere dheere weights uthana shuru karo. Dinner is the secret don't eat after 7 pm and have ajwani jeera and sauf powder in warm water before u sleep In the day coffee and lime see the magic I am 58 I had three c section my eldest is 35 34 youngest is 22 I was 80 and got down to 60 without walking gym or anything.

Please make some podcasts on women's physiology.. after menopause, menstrual cycle, women harmons, women muscle building based on scientific research which is completely different from men. Reference guide - Stacy T. Sims, MSc, PhD, is a forward-thinking international exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist who aims to revolutionise exercise nutrition and performance for women. Not sure if in India we have similar any research scientists.

I eat dry fruits and one egg in morning, go to office. Nothing till 6 pm. Drink alcohol after coming home till I get drunk. 5-6 packs with good snacks like boiled dal, rajma and chickpeas. And at age of 40 I look like 28 and have no issue with my health. Nothing will change your health. Just leave oil. Do whatever you want and u will be healthy

Hi Gunjan, there is always a question in my mind. Whenever we start loosing weight, we loose our breast size always. How can we control that? How we can loose fat from other parts of a body other than breast? This is really exhausting when we start working out.
