I lost 17 kg in two yrs no expert or fasting I did it with my own style of food,I exercise a lot,started walking instead of using a car I am 63yrs old now I weight 65kg,I don't have any health problems I used my home remedies when required I used my own face cream so I don't have any wrinkles and most people don't believe my age,So I always tell them my son's age,I like dressing nicely so when sometimes I met my son's friend they always think that I am his sister he is 42yrs so he feel proud.

Now iam 6o years. But5years ago 70kgs was my welght.. suddenly bad gaya weight. Iam diabetic. Every year I go to USA to spend time 6 months, their my weight goes high. But 2019 year I did Gym at USA & daily Zumba dance. I did not not that chenge.. but when I came back to Hyderabad all my family & friends saying lot of weight loss .. looking very yound and pretty looking. They were thinking that I have taken some treatment at my daughter’s place at America. Once we decided to chenge we can do.. I don’t maintain any food course.. we take Nonveg.. but not daily. I walk 5days a week. I tell to everybody pls take care of yourself & do walking . Walking is the best Exercise. God bless you all my dear friends ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Please make some podcasts on women's physiology.. after menopause, menstrual cycle, women harmons, women muscle building based on scientific research which is completely different from men. Reference guide - Stacy T. Sims, MSc, PhD, is a forward-thinking international exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist who aims to revolutionise exercise nutrition and performance for women. Not sure if in India we have similar any research scientists.

I eat dry fruits and one egg in morning, go to office. Nothing till 6 pm. Drink alcohol after coming home till I get drunk. 5-6 packs with good snacks like boiled dal, rajma and chickpeas. And at age of 40 I look like 28 and have no issue with my health. Nothing will change your health. Just leave oil. Do whatever you want and u will be healthy

Gunjan aap ke podcasts main..no one mentions stagnant weight ...ya kuch event ho gaya ki they fell off the track or gained back some weight...in those cases how ppl motivate themselves.
