Oh my gosh, Tinu, I had exactly the same issue with a Prodigy fragrance from Aroma Concepts! The sprayer is broken exactly like yours is. I emailed customer service and they told me to send pictures, but then they never did anything about it. I am so frustrated about this poor customer service, as the fragrance is practically unusable!

I know that feeling! So frustrating when you can't even use the product properly. I know sent my pictures before they could ask me and yet still no response. I think will send a 2nd follow up email and reach via Instagram and see if they respond that way. Thanks for watching ❄️

I've had very good response from Paris Corner customer service. They have never taken more than 24 hours to respond to my questions. We went through an ordeal with a return because the UPS people passed my package over to USPS and so I couldn't get a tracking number until it was delivered. Not PC's fault. We finally got everything settled and they did refund me for my return.

I'm echoing your sentiment there. I wrote a very long email to aroma concepts last week about them messing up my over $600 order for the 2nd time and I haven't heard back from them. Last time I have to send 2 follow up emails before they response. I do know the weather condition might influence their operations but I'm considering not buying from them again.

I had that issue with Quissa Delicious at first and literally almost decluttered it. I could not understand the hype bc I could barely smell it. I swear to you after about 6 weeks (I have a deciliter box) I smelled it again and could not believe how strong and good it smelled. I was so thankful I did not declutter it right then. It is actually now on my tray for the month. This is the 3rd time out of my over 100 bottles of ME frags that I was shocked like that. Just sayin…there is some truth to the maceration philosophy
