I want an Aaliya barbie doll... In 1972 I got a barbie doll for Christmas that wore a fringed faux suede vest and she came with a circular platform that had leg supports to hold her upright. Then you'd flip the switch on the side, she shimmied and the vest would jive with it. Soooo cool... I would put on a record on my little 45 size only record player and watch her rock ! A most memorable Christmas present...
