Aalto on Linnstrument

I just came across your videos a week ago and you have convinced me to go back to my linnstrument. Since I have had Aalto for years this is a no brainer. Presets or patches you created? Great piece .

Thanks so much! If memory serves, the first "solo" is something I created and the second one I tweaked from an existing patch. I wanted to do it with all my own patches, but when I was throwing it together, realized for the background tracks some of the presets went better than anything I had created.

I'm normally not a big fan of brass and woodwind sounds played on the Linnstrument - it simply doesn't sound right unless played on a wind controller - but since they're more synthy than realistic, being generated by the amazing Aalto virtual instrument, it actually sounds quite good. Good demonstration of what Aalto and the Linnstrument can do together. I love Aalto, and I have been considering getting something like the Linnstrument to play it more expressively, which is how I found this nice video. There are surprisingly few videos that come up if you search for "Linnstrument Aalto" on KZbin.
