Aam Ka Achar ( Village Style My Mom's Recipe ) | Banayein Saalo Na Kharab Honey Wala Aam Ka Achar

ingredients:-
Raw mangoes 2 kg
200 g salt ( 3/4 cup ) + 1-2 tbsp more
2 tbsp turmeric
75 g fennel seeds ( 3/4 cup )
75 g mustard seeds or powder ( 3/4 cup )
2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder ( optional)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tbsp black salt
1/3 cup vinegar ( 70-80 ml )
3/4 cup + 1/2 cup oil ( 250-300 ml )

Friends, shuru me achar me Kam oil Ka use HOTA hai..agar aap zyada oil daal denge to sab masala beh jaega aur neeche baith jaega.. Jab achar thoda dab Jaye tab zaroorat ke hisaab se oil dala ja Sakta hai
