Ajinomoto is really not particularly bad for your health or anything. The hate against MSG came from an old racist research paper in which some guy said that his stomach hurt when he ate Chinese food, which does happen to some people. But in most cases, MSG is about as harmful as salt or sugar is in large quantities. It's in literally every major brand of chips.

At 0:41 he rubs his eyes, pumps the kerosene stove, at 1:26 he pour garlic in to the wok, plays with the valve and pumps the stove again, kerosene may be on his fingers. at 2:07 he pumps the stove again, pours water from an open bottle (filthy looking bottle) , open masala container with a dirty looking duster, uses his fingers. Extreme classic case of contamination of food or possible food / chemical poisoning. Uses same dirty hands digging for precooked veggie balls which sweated in plastic bag whole day. Cross contamination of corn starch liquid. This a pure yuck food. Not insulting the man, but commenting on his unhygienic way of cooking. A MUST AVOID SCENARIO.
