First of all, Dosa is not all about Butter, Cheese and Sauce taste. It is about the batter taste and crispiness of the Dosa. This person is obsessed with Butter, Cheese and Sauce. Trust me, you cannot feel the real taste of a Dosa if you are eating something like that. And this much level of Butter, Cheese and Sauce is sufficient for BP and Sugar.

The idea of matka is taken from champaran meat or chicken, a famous cuisine of Bihar. All the cheese and sauce is italian, gravy is Punjabi and dosa of southern origin. Together he made khichdi of all styles.

Guys I am from South. Please understand. A dosa that is not flipped ain't fully cooked. A real healthy dosa is one which is cooked both sides . One side is a bit roasted other side is cooked but the batter puffes up like ridges. That's good dosa.
