Another meal I have no idea what it tastes like. I see the word 'Bombay' and 'Curry' and you kinda know it's going to be REALLY yummy. Love the portion size. I've seen a bunch of food vendor clips, today. It might be fun to like give people a 'reason' to try your food out, so like massive portions. But. I really like the guys who don't have to jump through hoops to please people. And I was wondering why he adjusted the position of the slice pieces, but with the sauce on top, it looks much better.

Indian street vendors are gurus in cuisine and one should not take offence when suggestions are made. There is no issue in cooking with bare hands , however one should bare in mind that when cooking in the street one is exposed to the elements of the street ( Dust and Bacteria) , also there is no access to running water, in hot humid weather bacteria thrives in open food, India is advanced where simple hand sanitizers , paper kitchen towels , and cooking gloves are available easily for a very reasonable price , having very little expense to run a street store , this little expense will help in great deal to compensate towards hygiene that would otherwise would not be needed in an restaurant kitchen. This would help public health . Vlogers should encourage vendors to adapt to these simple things.
