Aamir khan... the biggest trendsetter of Bollywood of his generation whether its films or his mammoth boxoffice records.... he brings a Hollywood style discipline and hardwork to his craft which was missing badly in bollywood atleast during the first 15-20 years of his career here and he was a lone ranger and a “one man industry” as karan johar once described the superstar ... The WORLD’S BIGGEST SUPERSTAR going by pure reach and boxoffice in many unexplored territories for indian cinema as per articles in prestigious magazines like FORBES and NEWSWEEK! He has the biggest recordbreakers domestically too and the maximum number of them (5) for any Bollywood actor in history! Most importantly, unlike most of his peers, aamir didn’t allow himself to be stereotyped and aced all genres whether its romance comedy or drama and made difficult genres and films work big time not just critically but most importantly at the box office too...

@@luckyali7631 After the year 2000, his movies have become meaningless. Otherwise his movies were really good. He's not only rich, he's famous in almost all countries. His fans are more than the combined fans of tom cruise and brad pitt. He did chennai express because of some contract(I didn't like that movie), he did happy new year because he owed a treat to koreans... Plus, he's getting old and naturally exhausted, so of course he must not be full of zest any more.....

@@hafizafiza Because he lived a life of rags in the street of delhi who moved on to become a successful actor. His acting skills are good and his expressions are also good. And as you said why he is called king of bollywood, because his movies are iconic till date. Just like Madhubala is called the most beautiful actress till date, like that he's also called king of bollywood. Because he brought a new era of love. But you have to accept, aren't his movies from 1995-2010 damn good? Plus, he does not have a successful career also, he has a successful personal life too. His love story is incredible. Don't feel bad. I am also a fan of aamir. Only difference between aamir khan and srk is that aamir khan makes inspirational movies and srk makes romantic movies

Aamir evolution in Aatank Hi Aatank More reactors (reactors who haven't grown up watching Bollywood and other Indian film industries) need to react more to her. What’s the difference between an actor and a movie star? An actor is someone who pretends to be somebody else. A movie star is somebody who pretends that somebody else is them. Jaby, like you, I consider Aamir Khan to be my favorite actor. The real "Badshah Khan" (King Khan) of Bollywood, basically. 👑 Just my opinion, of course. His performances are always excellent and movies so versatile from the usual Bollywood fare. He's like the Tom Hanks of Bollywood.

Hi! Jaby and Achara. In " Dil Hain Ke Manta Nahin" movie , it was watermelon seed on his face which Pooja Bhatt ( who is Alia Bhatt's older sister) will tell Aamir Khan. The 1st actress Achara mentioned pretty was Juhi Chawala. She also acted with Shah Rukh Khan in Darr, Yes Boss, Duplicate and ... However, she has acted in many more films opposite Aamit Khan which are Qayamet se qayamat tak, ishq, and... The 2nd actress achara kirk said pretty .was rani mukherjee in the movie " ghulam". Aamir khan is a perfectionist and gives his 100% in all his movies. 😄🙏👍👏👏👏

It's not only in Aamir's movies but seems to me a widespread element. 80s movies had some sorts of 70s feel and appearance. That same aspect seems to have carried over till around the earlier 2000s (2003-2004), where production quality started to catch up with the times. And music caught up too! The classic formula and melodies changed...

Jaby and Achara, it's true that romance was the core of most of the movies but all those movies r totally different... Also u get to see just the songs which r basically put into the movies where romance comes in and so even the movies where there is a little romance u feel that it's a romantic movie... For example Fanaa is a classical romantic movie with amazing songs but when u watch it it's a lot more than romance...

In the Bollywood cinema, "Fanaa" stands as a poignant masterpiece that weaves together the intricate threads of love, tragedy, and resilience. Released in 2006, this Aamir Khan and Kajol starrer takes the audience on an emotional rollercoaster, leaving an indelible mark on hearts around the world. The story unfolds against the picturesque backdrop of Kashmir, where Zooni Ali Beg, played by Kajol, a blind Kashmiri girl, experiences the magic of first love. Her encounter with Rehan Qadri, portrayed by Aamir Khan, sets the stage for a romance that transcends boundaries. As the two fall deeply in love, the audience is swept away by the euphoria of their connection. However, fate takes a cruel turn, introducing a plot twist that shatters the idyllic love story. The revelation of Rehan's true identity and mission leaves Zooni in a heart-wrenching predicament. The ensuing conflict between love and duty forces the characters and viewers alike to confront the harsh realities of life. The emotional depth of "Fanaa" lies not just in its romantic core but in the resilience demonstrated by its characters. Zooni's journey, from blissful love to profound grief, becomes a testament to the strength of the human spirit. Kajol's portrayal of Zooni is both nuanced and evocative, capturing the essence of a woman navigating through the storm of emotions. Aamir Khan's Rehan adds another layer to the narrative, showcasing the complexities of sacrifice and duty. His charismatic performance draws the audience into the internal struggle faced by his character, making every decision a tug-of-war between love and responsibility. The film's soul-stirring soundtrack, composed by Jatin-Lalit, complements the emotional highs and lows. Songs like "Chand Sifarish" and "Mere Haath Mein" amplify the intensity of the narrative, leaving an everlasting imprint on the hearts of those who listen. "Fanaa" ultimately teaches us about the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. It serves as a poignant reminder that love, even in its most tragic form, has the power to shape and transform us. The film stands as a timeless ode to the indomitable nature of the human heart, urging us to find strength in the face of life's inevitable challenges.
