This video is so satisfying and peaceful. It made me tear up towards the end, because it’s beautiful, true and relatable for me. I realised that I too, wear so many hats each day, but sometimes am unable to be me and have me-time. I’m going to start giving myself 20 minutes each morning, to tune out and focus on myself without fail no matter how challenging the day is going to be. A moment of peace is extremely important and valuable and however difficult it may seem, it has to be prioritised. With major life changes coming up, this will be my go-to video to watch and feel grounded. Thank you Aanam, this was soothing and inspiring 🧿🩷 Honestly.
