Rational and articulate interview. Pleased that the taboo topic of Hinduism/Hindutva was addressed with examples of Pakistan Afghanistan Iraq and its negative impact on social cohesion/development. Was born/educated in India but chose to live in the West and have always robustly argued the case of 82% of India's population is Hindu so Modi/BJP spewing hatred towards the Muslims is a deflecting strategy which Indians swallow easily.

good evening sir congratulations for your journalism I want to share a incident with you I am from MP in the recent elections BJP clean swept the state everybody is worried including you and other saviors of democracy. when elections were held people in my city also said this time there will be competition and there were debates about last elections. I am a lecturer all the intellects were sitting and talking about their area how BJP will loose. I told them BJP will never loose in MP hey rejected my claim 😅 and said we will talk after results. but when results came they asked me how this happened I smiled and said back in 2003 when I was a kid there were 1. No Roads 2. No electricity 3. No educational level 4. No AIIMS in my city 5. NO IITS 6. Only GOVT job opportunities( Only Govt Job were present) 7. No 108 service 8. No Ayushman Bharat scheme 8. It took 12 hrs to go from my city to sagar 250km only, now only 2 hrs 9. Not to mention disrespect of my beliefs and way of living people don't care about any thing you all say sorry, they are scared not of BJP but others that they will again throw us back in stone ages it's not about democracy as an utopian principle, but how people are living if you again mock people by saying sab changa si you are disrespecting the judgment of people which you want to save just break a leg by the way I am not a supporter of BJP I got fired from an institute just making fun of a BJP leader your true supporter (there are many incident if you want to ask feel free to reply) thank you
