That's EA for you. Since acquiring codies, they delisted the older F1 games. When Codies was independent, you could buy the older F1 games for a cheap price on Steam or consoles.

Interesting fact about the classic cars: The 2000’s cars actually have built in traction control, even if you have traction control set to off. It’s a lot more subtle, but it’s noticeable when pinning it. Try the Renault R26 if you want to see it (I noticed this on 2020 but I imagine it’s on the older games too).

i like how theyve accurately portrayed Senna as the same arrogant tosspot as Verstappen, intentionally attempting divebombs in a way where if the guy in front just continues on the racing line they already own then they get collided and senna/verstappen gets to bitch about being turned in on, or the poor bugger gets forced off track so they dont both get taken out then senna/verstappen whines about the guy 'getting an advantage' both should have had multiple bans for just shitty shitty shitty sportsmanship, no matter how much we give them passes for being 'really really good'

I mean, that idea of scenarios based on history is a lot better than what we got, and I'd be all for that as long as it explaiend the history, the significance and the outcome of the moment. Anyone know of sports games which do that and go all in on the history of the moment, the moment, and why it's significant? If not, I see a gap in the market And no, WWE does not count, that's sports entertainment, but somehting like that Showcase mode if you will is somewhat like what I was saying up there, hell there was a golf game IIRC that did a bit of that
