Brooks and Taylor probably wrestle every day and know every little thing about each others game.

Mirasola might be physically stronger than Taylor. Like in the weight room. Taylor was getting in on Brooks but couldn’t power past the hips

On these platform mats, certain areas don't go far beyond the out-of-bounds line. That's where the take down happened and I don't think he wanted to take any chances of getting hurt. If Mirasola would have brought him back to the center of the mat, I think it would have taken longer but Mirasola would have gotten it done. The real question is can Mirasola expose his back?
