@@gregoryderosa8045 I vastly prefer folk, honestly. I find free to be pretty boring in comparison, but it's the only way you get to see the rest of the world. The only thing's I'd take from freestyle are the pushout rule, and that they're quicker to call the stick, which I like.

Good stuff. His pace and conditioning are where he's really a level above his opponents. They can defend the leg attacks early on but when J is still coming just as hard in the second half of the match, the gap becomes obvious. He's a tough guy to wrestle, that's for sure.

Years of folkstyle training came in handy. Front headlock to a lateral drop is not something a lot of freestylers see or know how to defend.

Got to meet him at Bo Nickals MMA fight in Vegas back at their house. What a nice impressive guy. They all were, ,Bo's whole team. They were playing hoops when we got there. Bo won in 38 seconds. Zero alcohol in the whole house.

I think that after Kyle Dake got so completely dismantled at the Tokyo Olympics 11-0 Jason Nolf is now our best candidate at 74KG to compete with guys like Sidakov. If a match comes down to strength and endurance Dake has a chance. If a match comes down to speed and technique we need guys like Nolf. Burroughs used to have that level of speed but his shattered ankle during covid training took that edge away. Even Dake beat him on the run for Tokyo and that never happened in the decade prior.
