I've watched a lot of Hamilton animatics. Like probably way more than any reasonable person should. But I honestly don't think I've ever come across one quite like yours. The freeze frame humor is brilliantly done, the characterization is absolutely spot on, the symbolism and foreshadowing never miss a beat, and the sheer amount of movement, the raw kinetic energy I can feel, adds so so much more to everything I mentioned above. And that's not even talking about your line art style. I could write entire paragraphs about that, but I'll stick to a simple truth: you are, far and away, my favorite animatic artist, and you've barely even begun. That's saying a lot. Also, it might just be me, but I can't help but think Alexander looks super femme in the badass kind of way. Maybe that's cause his hair is styled EXACTLY how I want mine to be someday. Either way, I'm not complaining, and it's just another part of what makes me love your style. Whether you continue to do Hamilton animatics or not, promise me just one thing: don't ever let your creative spark die out.
