The opposite would be an experienced offensive minded head coach. All the praise that's heaped on Glenn was also heaped on Saleh when he was hired. Simms said practically, word for word, the same things almost exactly four years ago. What's the saying of doing the same thing over again and expecting different results? That seems to eerily fit this situation. We'll see...

The first minute of this video is probably the dumbest thing I've ever heard anyone say in a long time. When ANY team hires a new coach, OF COURSE it's expected to be a new chapter... a new beginning and with all that yes, expectations. Challenges. every team that has sucked and fired their coach and went and got a new coach.. they all experience this.. When the bears hired matt eberflus and fired him and now they hired Ben Johnson... are bears fans not supposed to feel like a new chapter, a new beginning is coming ? The jaguars when they hire their coach ? The raiders?? Wth is he talking about 🤨

You mention the Al groh year WHAT? Jets didn’t even make the playoffs in 2000 lmao. Jets were basically in the playoffs every year in the 2000s up until 2011 and almost made the Super Bowl twice. Not a good look there florio haha
