Renaud Villacis I wouldn't necessarily say rap culture is the deciding factor of why people commit crimes, rather its more like the environment they are likely growing up in. Hernandez mother committed a crime and then went on to marry a drug dealer who beat her, after Hernandez fathers death. Which was likely the catalyst and beginning to Hernandez criminal tendencies. There are plenty of kids who go to college, do well, that listen to rap. Little correlation to rap equating to an automatic life of violence and crime

@KingMiz3607 жыл бұрын
Jamie Moore exactly...they said he was gnna possible beat the 3rd murder on appeal too..so he had real high hopes of coming home in a yr or so instead life w/o...so he just says fuck it n kills himself...I'm not buyin it...plenty murder/suicides get conducted ev day at jails n prisons round USA n they are marked as "suicicde" n that's Facts!!
@ooyo82537 жыл бұрын
+KingMiz360 5 Is Live All Is Well #RedTopsForDaOpps Are you guys serious?!? When he beat the double murder he had already been convicted and sentenced to life for the most recent murder he committed in 2013. So no, he had no chance of coming home in a year. Also, when he was in jail awaiting trial the first time he had told several people that he would probably kill himself. The suicide note even mentioned that he was leaving his fiancé and daughter rich. This is why he waited to kill himself until after the second murder trial for the drive-by murder. That's because he knew of a loop hole in the law that states that if a person dies before all of their appeals have gone through then legally they are considered not guilty and not considered a felon. The reason the patriots wouldn't pay out a large sum of about 6 mill to Aaron's family after they dropped him (on the day of his arrest) because he was a convicted felon. Aaron stated that he wanted his daughter and fiance taken care of, knowing about this loophole, he waited until he was acquitted for the 2012 murders and killed himself 3 days later. So all his pending charges were done, he had already been convicted of the 2013 murder and was serving his time for it but had many appeals left so he knew if he died then that legally he died not a convicted felon so he thought the patriots would have to pay out that 6 million to his family. That was the motivation and he said as much in a round about way in the suicide not and to his lawyer. All of this information is readily available online, most of it even on KZbin. Id think you guys would want to know all the facts before putting your theories out there.

I can't believe he is gone.... He was my favorite football player and I seriously cannot believe he passed I mean I know he commited a crime and that was wrong but he was also a human being. You don't even know his life tbh... To the people that support him god bless you all I live in Massachusetts and he was a tight end for the New England Patriots #81. He had a young daughter and he wanted her to have a good future I believe he was a great father to her but now she wont be able to see him anymore. #RIP81

Dude had a rough life growing up. When you're hit with shit like that as a kid it messes you up. Not saying it was cool to shoot odin loyd but I am saying the dude didn't have much of a chance mentally. If he hadn't been a star athlete he wouldn't be nothing but another gang banger. Where he fucked up was not killing the dude that was beating his mother. As in the guys he killed I doubt they are saints either. I'm sure they were all gangsters and at the end of the day they were just doing what gangsters do. Bust caps in each other's asses. The only reason this is on KZbin instead of the Bristol newspaper is cause this guy was one hell of an athlete. Moral of this story is you are who you hang with

From battling his inner sexuality issues in a homophobic culture to having the most severe case of CTE was creating the perfect storm for his disastrous life and what ultimately ended it! Due mostly to stage 3 CTE, but also a chaotic home life, Aaron was never going to have a normal or long life. Both his parents were into petty crime, the dad into substance abuse (cocaine/alcohol), and was also physically and emotionally abusive to Aaron. The mom neglected Aaron in favor of her niece’s husband, and a disgusted Aaron moved out. Aaron was also sexually abused at age 6 by someone in their neighborhood. He had so many talents and gifts, but the cards were stacked against him, sadly. I feel even worse for his 3 Murder victims. It was just bad for everyone if you encountered him in one of his dark, paranoid moods. The prefrontal cortex of his brain which controls impulsive behavior and judgment was being eaten away by all the damage from football, which he started very early. There’s no treatment for CTE so the only way he was going to be safe around people was to be locked away. A lot of people who have advanced CTE kill themselves, so really this was not going to ever play out well; this was a Shakespearean tragedy.
