This comparison is akin to soccer - Pele revolutionized the game and was the MVP in a World Cup as a 17 Year-old - incredible...!! & Maradonna was the most amazingly skilled and literally unstoppable. Also, hoops - who do you like better Jordan (multiple Titles) or LeBron (Multiple Titles w/ 3 Different Teams) - and does it matter...?? We are talking about players WAY beyond any of their All-Star peers and Top GOAT - Same with LT and Judge - Both are SO GREAT, it is almost an insult to try to rank either of them as "better"

I love baseball more than any other sports. I also believe hitting a ball going 95-100 miles per hour with movement is the hardest thing to do in sports not that baseball players are the best athletes but the one talent of hand eye coordination is incredible! I am an avid Yankee fan WHO LOVES Judge. I hard to wrap my head around someone being better than LT.

We can "do the math" - In 955 career games Judge has 300 HRs, or .314 HRs/per game. So, if he missed 200 games, he would have likely had 62 - 63 more HRs, or 362/363 total right now

Judge had a statistically and objectively top 25 all time season as a hitter and is topping it this year. I think all that's left is getting to the ten years of service time and he's HOF. He may be the best NY Athlete, but he's not yet the best Yankee. World Series Rings are the only thing that makes a great Yankee. What you do in the regular season is a testament to what you're supposed to do in the post season, and clutch hitting makes a champion. So far, and I believe through a lack of leadership to mentor him properly, his bat goes dry when it counts the most. If Girardi never got fired he'd have rings by now. That sucks for Judge, but he has to turn that corner somehow on his own to become the best Yankee.

Mo is better at what he's supposed to do than Judge. He MIGHT be the best home run hitter of all time, but will come nowhere close to the records due to a late start and injuries. If Barry was the best of all time in your eyes he should still be. Even pre steroids Barry was the first and only player to reach 400 stolen bases and 400 home runs. He has 762 and 514. No one has 400/400, 500/500, or 600/500. DUDE HAS 762 AND 514! Without the juice he still reaches 500/500, possibly 600/600. I know they said NY athlete but Sal brought up Barry.
