I'm not into country music but my husband is. He had country music videos playing on TV one day and they featured Arron's song. It stopped me in my tracks. The more I listened the more tears streamed down my face. That song described everything I or I should say we have been feeling. Watching our history being erased, statues being torn down, everything being renamed. All to appease one side. Our forefathers weren't woke, half of the country isn't woke. I have family members who were in the military and to see them dragged thru the mud along with law enforcement by people who don't follow the law is insulting, infuriating even. When they play Springsteen on the radio, I change the station. I thought I was the only one who did that. This is my new favorite song, I can identify with the lyrics and I just love Aaron's voice. I admire the man for standing by his convictions and isn't afraid to call it as he sees it. So many artists are cowards, no one respects a coward. No one admires weakness.

Springsteen has been Springsteen from the beginning. He has been strongly opinionated the whole time, so you are likely to love him if you agree with him and take shots at him when you don't. Political opinions aside, few artists have stood up for the working guy as strongly as he has. I would put him in the same class as Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp and Neil Young. They always stand up when people need help. They do it whether you like them or hate them because it is the right thing to do. Don't let this crazy, polarized, batshit crazy time discard decades of someone doing the right thing. So you don't agree with him mandating shots to attend his concerts. $500 for a concert ticket ? Overpriced is paying $500 for something that normally sells for $425 Somehow I dont think the term "overpriced" even scratches the surface in describing that level of lunacy.

@@judythomas1797 - Completely agree with your comment, especially the middle part. Maybe Bruce was selling those tickets for that price, but no one had a gun to their head being forced to buy them. The Eagles started all the high prices anyway...

Men walking along the railroad tracks Going someplace, there's no going back Highway patrol choppers coming up over the ridge Hot soup on a campfire under the bridge Shelter line stretching around the corner Welcome to the new world order Families sleeping in the cars in the southwest No home, no job, no peace, no rest [Chorus] Well, the highway is alive tonight But nobody's kidding nobody about where it goes I'm sitting down here in the campfire light Searching for the ghost of Tom Joad

The last president we had before sleepy joe was technically an “elitist”so yeah…there’s that. Not sure how you can be a billionaire and not be an elitist 🤯 he was also a repub btw. Don’t think for one second Donny would cross the street to piss on one of y’all if you were on fire 🔥 most politicians wouldn’t regardless of party affiliation

@@jmatthews7228 There is countless interviews with people that worked for Trump over the years, including the "hard hat" guys. They love him. This is the general consensus. The hard hat guys claim him to be earnest and good to them,...An on the job site type of guy who actually knew every single trade from start to finish involved in construction of a building. They dubbed him the "blue-collar billionaire", claiming he is great to work for.

No...he is not the only one. I was done with Springsteen a long time ago. I'm sure he'll love Australia.
