I dislocated my shoulder playing football when I was 17 or 18 . I didn't tell anybody I just went off to the side bent over took my arm that had been dislocated grabbed my toes relaxed and an emotion that is similar to trying bring your torso back upright. That will pop your shoulder back in place. I've had to do it too many times after that initial incident and every time I've been able to successfully put my shoulder back in place essentially you need to apply a downward Force to your shoulder and it will go back in. Holding something of lightweight but still a significant amount of weight while it's being supported so you are not carrying any load and then have the support taken out when you are standing up right or even sitting up right with your arms straight down will put your shoulder back in as well yanking it pulling it twisting it all you had to do was just pull the damn thing down straight

I had a bone graft on my dislocated shoulder three months ago. Physio with resistance bands. Hurt like nothing else ive felt so far and I'm 38. Pico you the man. Chael the doting father and consumate professional . What a time to be alive

Aaron Pico is a stud. Anyone that truly wants to continue fighting after a dislocated shoulder IS a badass period. I tore my labrum and broke my neck in a car wreck, I’d take the broken neck over the shoulder any day of the week. If you’ve never screwed up your shoulder bad, you have no idea. I’ve had 7 surgeries, the shoulder is by far the worst. Pico my friend, you got a new fan.

The cornerman absolutely could have made it worse by yanking on it. That is not how you put an arm back in the socket. Torn ligaments, a fracture, etc. Could have caused Pico to have surgery and be out for a year. Sure it was noble of him to try, even common sense would tell you not to yank on it lmao.

I've just had my shoulder surgically repaired because I keep dislocating my shoulder. Dislocating my shoulder was by far the worst pain I've ever felt besides being shot and getting hit in the nuts lol. That youngster is a mfing badass!

There's 2 types of shoulder dislocation, out the front (Lethal Weapon ) and out the back like a chicken wing . I had the latter at least 30x and the only way to get it back in was hold on to something above my head and slowly lower myself. I have never personally seen anybody yank on it like that to get it back in. I will say I had my collar bone broken as well and my arm hung just like that . Hopefully there was no additional damage

@@aghost6499 Thats good to know then. Yea i always wondered if the collarbone break lead to me getting prone to dislocations . I did learn that at some point I tore either a tendon or ligament clear off so there ws nothing holding it in place. Once they re-attached it I was good to go

I’ve had to put my shoulder back in and keep fighting before. Landed a hard left hook and it came out as I knocked my opponent down. After lots of pull-up bar work hanging and shoulder stretches it hasn’t ever happened again. Shoulders and ankles. Surprised people don’t dislocate ankles as much. Bare feet helps.
