I think they get it...they’ve been with Aaron through the years of struggle, self harm and loss. They must realize just him much and what Robert means to Aaron. But they can’t just stop loving Aaron themselves, can they. And unloving is what they would be is they didn’t do everything they can to stop him. He likely to go to jail....that would be devastating.

Not true .... Robert squander their life together. Nobody took anything from them...did they. But Aaron has faced much loss and trouble in his life, I understand his pain but trying break Robert out is “STUPID”, especially since he doesn’t have the back of Cane and others like before with Adam.

I'm glad Billy said something because I just don't see Aaron's plan going well. Plus as long as Robert doesn't get life he can come back right? 😂 It's so hard seeing Aaron helpless. It's times like this Robert would have been there for him 💔

Putting the keys down the disposal..? Probably not the best plan. Honestly speaking, I know where Paddy is coming from but he's not exactly saying the right things to reach Aaron. Telling him that Robert is a killer just won't work when he's heartbroken, and probably will be for a while. I'll be here for resentful Aaron tho, I won't lie.

I can agree Paddy’s choice of words may not be the best, but I think he’s got the right idea. Paddy has loved Aaron like a father since he showed up in that black and white track suit. He even took a beating from Aaron to prove it .... Let’s not forget.

Also the more of this story I watch, the more I can see why Aaron isn’t great at handling/dealing with his emotions. His family constantly treat him like a child and smother him whenever things go wrong. No wonder his default is to lash out or throw his toys out the pram.

I agree.... Aaron’s just getting started. Robert IS going to prison and Aaron’s going to angry town... We’ll see some of the old bad boy coming out. It might make the show a bit more interesting (?).

The chances of Aaron being able to get Robert out of jail without getting caught is very slim. Feel very bad for him but Patty is just looking out for him. Like any good parent would do. And Patty is the closest thing he has to a dad.

Paddy is protecting Aaron, thinking it’s a smart idea to brake Robert out is crazy. He’d get Robert sent down for longer and himself and Billy sent to prison as well. Not only would he be ruining his life but liv’s as well. Taking away both of her guardians. Chas and paddy would also be affected by losing him. Aaron’s not thinking straight and paddy locking him up and preventing him from doing something stupid will help

Katiepurplepie Walsh but locking him up like a child really is going to help right??? Aaron has time and again proven he will internalized his pain and turn it on himself when he feels isolated and alone. Him feeling like no one understands or accepts the pain he’s going through losing Robert can ultimately lead to him causing HIMSELF more damage. Perhaps “perfect paddy” & crew should focus a little more on what will help Aaron through the pain. This definitely aint it.

No he isn't thinking straight and maybe he is doing it for the right reasons but with how much Aaron loves Robert and the fact that he would do literally anything for him Paddy is being needlessly cruel - his heart is breaking enough already. With how angry Aaron can get does he not think he will break a window or the glass on the door? Plus his history of self harm

I understand that Paddy and Chas etc don’t want Aaron to do anything stupid but no one seems to have much sympathy for what Roberts going through. I’m sure majority of the Dingles have killed people as well, and if not killed tortured. Robert lost his cool and attacked the man who raped his sister which is pretty understandable if you ask me and now he’s facing life in prison. I get that Paddy is trying to help Aaron but calling Robert a killer isn’t really the way to go.

I am glad billy said something Because Aaron’s plan never would of never worked I hated paddy in this scene I think he knows how much rob means to aarom but he had to give Aaron some tough love and that if he did this he was only going to make it worse
