I love Arod, and his interesting personality. The guy thinks and speaks out. His stats, for sitting his first three seasons are off the charts. And the dude called a liar because there was some expectation to tell your medical history? Yeah fuck that, I support Arod.
@Righteous6284 ай бұрын
"He thinks and speaks out" ???? "Interesting personality" ???? What is he a politician??? A beauty pageant contestant?? No he is supposed to be an "elite" NFL QB. But the truth is he won only 1 superbowl and only went to 1 superbowl in EIGHTEEN YEARS. No way in hell he is an elite QB. OH wait ....he won 4 Regular Season MVP's so what, Peyton Manning won 5 Regular Season MVP's AND TWO SuperBowls But Aaron Rodgers is undefeated in the Superbowl so what, he only went one time and there are SIX other QB who are undefeated in the Super Bowl and ALL of them have AT LEAST 2 rings two of them have 4 rings. Aaron Rodgers is not even a top 10 QB in the history of the NFL Please awaken from your delusion. Oh wait, it's possible that you are a hopelessly indoctrinated member of the Aaron Rodgers EXCUSES Church so you may be beyond hope. because members of that Church actually think that he is in the same conversation as Tom Brady for the Greatest of All Time. Comparing Aaron Rodgers to Tom Brady is like comparing a Watermelon seed to a Watermelon or a tricycle to a Slingshot. Look I'll concede that he is a Hall of Fame QB but there is no way in Hell he is even a top 10 QB. If throwing a nice spiral was a substantive metric for greatness or If NFL Season didn't have a playoffs or a SuperBowl and it ended each year at the end of the regular season. Aaron would be Top 3. But come on. Even Eli Manning is 2 and 0 in the SuperBowl and in both SuperBowl games he defeated the Greatest QB in the History of the NFL. Even Brett Favre went to 2 SuperBowls. Aaron is perhaps Top 15 QB but even that is a stretch because he is an average playoff QB and unfortunately the NFL season has playoffs and a Super Bowl. His playoff record is 11-10. his playoff record since winning the Superbowl in 2011 (13 years ago) is a paltry 7-9.

@@Righteous628stop crying and just admit you don’t like the dude, soooo many hall of fame greats that finished with one ring or didn’t win at all and he holds the second most MVPs behind arguably the second greatest QB of all time so please tell me what exactly isn’t elite about his play? May have the greatest arm talent of all time along with the lowest turnover rate. You’re a loser

Trying to be loyal ????, Who cares? Bottom line is he won 4 Regular season MVP'S, with the exact sane personnel that he used in the playoffs. But his PLAYOFF RECORD IS MEDIOCRE BECAUSE HE NEVER WENT BACK TO THE SUPERBOWL. Fact is he is a below average Playoff QB. And you need to be above average in the playoffs to make it to the SuperBowl let alone win.

He was hired by the NYJets to take them to the next level, that means playoffs AND SuperBowl. That will NEVER happen with Aaron Rodgers behind center. But forget about playoffs or SuperBowl I'll lower the bar real far down and say I will be surprised if he actually plays an entire season with the Jets. Expect a season full of drama and headlines culminating in him not finishing the season and the Jets obviously not making the playoffs.

Throughout his career he is quick to take credit and equally quick to assign blame on someone else. This is NOT what leaders do. He would rather miss OTA's and travel the World or do Podcast interviews about Politics, Again NOT what leaders do. Lately He ALWAYS Makes headlines for EVERYTHING non-Football related. Aaron Rodgers just shows prowess to 50m but the race is 100m. In 18yrs Aaron Rodgers has only 1 SuperBowl ring, has only been to 1 SuperBowl and only won 1 NFC Championship. @choosecarefully408 Жыл бұрын
Your cherry-picked stats mean nothing. Nothing. Go look up the stats of these "better" QBs to their individual WRs, TEs, receivers. Brady for instance never threw more than 28 TDs before Randy Moss. 23 TDs to just him & he hits 50. How did Joe Montana (Steve Young or Rich Gannon) do without Jerry Rice? The great QBs *_are_* the ones who play great despite their teams. You're conflating individual greatness with Team Wins. The best QBs don't intercept the ball, drop passes, miss field goals, allow sacks. Warren Moon's era-adjusted stats are better than Jon Elway's.

Telling them their Chosen Favorites are imperfect is like telling a child their Daddies are imperfect. It only creates resistance. As frustrating as it is when trying to have Any Rational Discussion (about anything, not just sports) it's really severe when trying to end some human rights abuse or industrial polluting problem caused by lobbying. This requires holding politicians accountable. If you just felt a psychological gut punch or creeping dread, guess what? That makes you "normal" if "normal" means how most people react. It's not the reaction that's _needed_ when trying to save lives or do what's right, but it *is* the most common reaction.

But all of those words on the thumbnail DO describe him? He’s selfish in that he always thinks about himself and how anything and everything will affect him. Unlike Brady, he just keeps the money he’s given and doesn’t think twice about it. Organization and teams pay him hundreds of millions of dollars for mediocre performances. He’s a diva/drama king by saying/doing stupid things to stay relevant in the media. He does choke in the playoffs and games that really matter and doesn’t seem to or rarely takes responsibility. He’s overrated and a fraud during the playoff season. He’s arrogant in thinking that he’s above everyone and everything. He’s willing to risk his health just to get back out there to play. It’s what he wants. His ego will get in the way and He’ll re-injure himself and the Jets will be without him again and go nowhere.
