I’ve never participated in a darkness retreat but my first meditative practice was to sit in a chair in my bedroom with eyes close and do nothing. I lasted for 15 minutes and had to get up because my mind was racing thinking of all the things I need to do, etc. 😂 There were so many thoughts crossing my mind. I was like…”forget this.”🤣🤣 BUT I did it again the next day and every day for 2-3 weeks and was able to sit still in peace for an hour. It was the most peaceful experience and my thoughts slowed down tremendously and I felt grounded. It was like my soul was releasing toxic thoughts, emotions and feelings. Cried one time but felt much better. Stick with it and you will see what I mean. Thanks Aaron for reminding me to get back to doing my meditation!!!!

I haven't been able to watch or listen to any mainstream sports media or media period simply because of the way they all portray this man. It's unfathomable too me that you're the only show that objectively reports the truth about Aaron on a consistent basis. I love the Pat McAfee show. I also love listening to Aaron Rodgers' insights into everything. All of them are not afraid to speak and do it no matter who is listening. Also, Pat. Aaron gave everyone when he'd be going on the Darkness retreat. Go back and watch the show again. You asked if he'd be coming out and going straight home. He then said yes, and it'd be somewhere around the 1st of March. This means that his retreat will be next week, and he will get out the day before the 1st for re-integration into the world. Weird choice of word. It's more like re-acclimated to the world.
