Don’t worry the Packers still have about two or more years of being elite. And even after those few years they can still easily be a fringe wildcard contender. 1 Super Bowl appearance in his whole career, and you're gonna blame his "teams"? Not even a ARod hater, I think he's a top 5 QB all time but to say he's the GOAT is just ignorant. "Dude is the most accurate QB we've ever seen and does it constantly" except he couldn't score for 3 quarters at home against the Niners in the playoffs last season, except he couldn't hold on to a 16 point lead with 4 minutes left in NFC title game in 2014, except he couldn't pull off an 11-point 2nd half rally against Brady in the NFC title game in 2020 when Brady threw them 3 2nd half INTs, except he was down 27-0 going into HT of the 2019 NFC title game, was down 31-0 against ATL in the 2016 NFC title game...How does your GOAT consistently go scoreless to start big games and still be considered the GOAT, and what does that have to do with his team? Even if the defense is trash, he's always had a good offense around him, and he started 2 different NFC title games going down at least 4 scores by half, and yet Rodgers Stans blame "his teams"...Okay....

He's got so many great throws the Hail Mary against the Lions didn't even make it. Show this video to anyone who says he doesn't take risks and just throws the ball away. So many of these throws were dangerously close to being intercepted but A-Rod knows what he's doing.

Credit for successful Hail Mary passes goes to the receivers. The QB just throws up a literal prayer. No skill involved there.
@nathanshackelford7812
@nathanshackelford7812 2 жыл бұрын
@@lj5190 That's not even remotely true. With the hail Mary pass against Detroit, the ball was thrown so high while still being thrown 70 yards that it allowed the Packers TE to sneak into the front of the end zone and catch it. Extremely easy catch, extremely difficult throw that only 1 or 2 NFL QBS can make. Just watch the highlight it's all over KZbin. 95 percent of the credit of that play goes to the QB.

@@nathanshackelford7812 There’s zero skill involved in chucking a ball as far as you can. If the Lions weren’t inept, that’s an easy interception.
@nathanshackelford7812
@nathanshackelford7812 2 жыл бұрын
@@lj5190 Yup, NFL players just so inept they didn't even attempt to make the interception. They just stood there even though they are being paid millions. You sound so clownish lmao. The defensive players got locked up and intertwined with all the Packers players in the end zone. Because the ball was thrown so high to the front of the end zone, the Packers TE ran from the 5 yard line into the end zone and caught it. There was nothing any Lions player could do at all. If they could have, they would have.
@lj5190

@@nathanshackelford7812 Boy, those are some impressive mental gymnastics. The Lions were the worst team in the league. They were awful. No one is arguing that Rodgers isn’t an all time great, I’m stating what everyone knows… Hail Marys are pure luck. They’re named after a prayer for a reason.

3 throws on that list stand out to me more than any. The 2 throws to Janis and the one to Cook. Those 3 throws are made by no other QB possibly in the history of the nfl rolling out backwards against a zero blitz and throwing against your body and off your back foot. Not to mention the mobility to even be able to roll out and then get that much on the throw! Don’t get me wrong, the other throws are great but you see other QBs make similar throws on a regular basis. You never see throws like the Janis TD or the Cook throw. The level of difficulty on those are insane. Those 3 in playoff games makes them even better, even with a gutless McCarthy coaching not to lose.

Pretty good list. The first one should be in the top 10. Another one that stands out to me was a throw in the 2009 playoffs vs Arizona. He was falling down and threw a deep ball up the right sideline to Greg Jennings in a tight window. That was the first real wow throw I remember from him.

Being a cowboy fan. Idk how the throw against us 31-31 less than 20 seconds left 3rd & forever and a trip to the NFC championship game on the line and he dots that thing 50 yards on a string rolling opposite to his throwing arm. Unbelievable. I’ve cried 2-3 times in my life as a sports fan. 2 were when I was a kid. The other was that game. I was 19 years old and completely soulless. Haven’t been the same since.
