Another great video of parallel connections. Thanks brother Randy for your continual work. At minute Mark 15:00 of your video where you quote 2 Samuel 18:12-15, if we focus on verses 14-15, I noticed what may be a parallel to the Book of Revelation concerning the 10 Kings and the beast who destroy the harlot city. In this case the beast would be Joab, Absalom would be the Harlot City, and the 10 young men that wear Joab's armor and surround Absalom, represent the 10 Kings receiving authority with the beast and they surround the harlot to destroy her. Something else that seems to be a parallel is the 3 spears that Joab uses to kill Absalom. Do they have something to do with the 3 horns that the little horn from the beast plucks up? If you think this is indeed a parallel with the book of Revelation, it would seem that the whole story of Absalom and King David would give us more clues and parallels to the book of Revelation?

That's really good Gabriel. You will find the number 10 seeded into these stories by God. I followed that in one of my videos before. And I have another one coming next year to compare why the beast would have 10 horns and connecting that into the Garden of Eden story. It's fascinating, but first other stories and connections have to be told first. Well done.

This is an interesting study. The 'first' Tamar of Genesis 38, around the 24th generation or so, is also connected to 2 dead brothers, sons of Judah, her husbands Er and Onan, and she was falsely suspected of somehow causing this, and not allowed to move to the 3rd son/brother Shelah/Selah...who has the same name as the son of Arphaxad. Tamar, a name that means 'date palm', phoenix dactylifera, trees that bear dates, a modern word that interestingly also refers to times/calendars. She would cleverly go on to birth 2 twin sons to Judah, Perez and Zerah, continuing the line leading to David a few generations later.

The 10th chapter is thematically found scattered in the 10th book 2Samuel: [Leviticus 10:1 KJV] And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. [Leviticus 10:2 KJV] And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. Notice that both Aaron and David witnessed God strike down people for their errors. Whereas Aaron saw the death of Nadab and Abihu, David saw the death of Uzzah for touching the ark of the covenant even though he thought to prevent it from falling off the cart: [2 Samuel 6:3 KJV] And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab that [was] in Gibeah: and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drave the new cart. [2 Samuel 6:4 KJV] And they brought it out of the house of Abinadab which [was] at Gibeah, accompanying the ark of God: and Ahio went before the ark. [2 Samuel 6:6 KJV] And when they came to Nachon's threshingfloor, Uzzah put forth [his hand] to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook [it]. And Nadab and Abihu's names are found in 2Samuel 6 in the name of Abinadab!

How would you relate Ichabod-meaning His Glory has departed and the 2 Witnesses of Revelation? Would it be like The Holy Spirit being rejected by the people? Look into the Names of the people in Genesis Ch 4. They tell the gospel foreshadowed. I have a video on it if interested. Thanks for the study I’ll watch again when I can follow more closely. That's a pretty good connection to Ichabod and the time the Ark was captured in Samuel. Yes, I do see the Great Tribulation being a time we Christians should be prepared to be captured, arrested and taken by the enemy. So the Glory departing and the Ark being captured could be connected to the Body of Christ being captured in the Great Tribulation. Good parallel. God Bless
